Alicia leaves her homeland of America for the first time for a vacation in Southern Chile. A young woman with strange features takes her cousin Sara on this journey and they meet three of her friends who live there. But Sarah takes a break from her vacation to take her exam in Santiago, and that's enough to get on Alicia's nerves. On a desert island, Alicia begins to hallucinate when a dog constantly chases her. His friends try to save him before it's too late.
