Mortal Kombat: Annihilation 1997

After his defeat by Shao Kahn, an unwilling Shang Tsung tasks Baraka with besieging the Wu Shi Academy with his Tarkatan army. During the award ceremony at the academy, Johnny Cage, Liu Kang, Kung Lao, and Sonya Blade, who had previously saved Earthrealm, find themselves under attack. The group defends the academy while Sonya Blade is captured and many Shaolin students are killed. Surviving the onslaught, Liu Kang and Kung Lao, aided by Raiden, defeat Shao Kahn and Shang Tsung's henchmen, including Reptile, Baraka, and Goro. Eventually, Kitana and Raiden lead them to Shang Tsung's Foundry. Liu Kang and Kung Lao defeat both Shang Tsung and Kintaro to prevent Shao Kahn's plans, ultimately saving Earthrealm.
