The legendary production, which won 8 Oscars in 1954 and collected almost all of the awards, brought Marlon Brando his second Oscar. Terry Mallon, who has gone from boxer to dockworker, is very unhappy. His boss, Johnny Friendly, runs an illegal business under the Port Authority. Terry gets into trouble after witnessing the murder of his childhood friend on Johnny's orders. Unable to get the support of any of his relatives, Terry organizes all the workers and starts a big rebellion. (elephant box)
