Donald Webster (Riddaway), Ken Hutchison (Norman Scutt) David and his wife Amy decide to move to Amy's hometown to avoid the city unrest and escalation of social violence. But the violence they flee finds them unexpectedly in this small English town. Amy's boyfriend, Charlie, years ago, leads the four workers they hire to build a garage for their new home. However, the group soon becomes a problem for the young couple. They harass Amy by constantly making fun of David. Even though David tries to cope with the events with a very cold-blooded attitude and even tries to impose himself in the middle of the events, he will not be able to prevent the terrible events.
