Dirty Harry: A very dangerous serial killer wreaks havoc in San Francisco. Meanwhile, in San Francisco, police detective Harry Callahan, who was acting by his own rules, is now under fire from both the press and the governor. To placate Callahan a bit, his superiors send him out of town to investigate. However, Harry will go after a serial killer with his Magnum pistol and create a lot of trouble again around him.
