The Gods Must Be Crazy 1980

Xi and his tribe lead their utopian life, ignorant of civilization, contrary to western culture, until they encounter a Coca-Cola bottle thrown from an airplane. They believe that the Coca-Cola bottle was sent to them from the sky by God. Tribal members, who had been using animal bones and tree branches as tools until then, started to use the Coca-Cola bottle in their daily work. However, after a while, they come to the point where they cannot share the bottle among themselves. At first, this bottle, which they see as God's blessing, causes them to encounter negative emotions that they have never experienced before, such as conflict, jealousy and hatred among the tribesmen. The Coca-Cola bottle, which symbolizes the one-tooth monster, civilization, causes them to experience these negative emotions they have never faced before. Xi is horrified by this situation and takes a long journey to the other side of the world as he grabs the bottle. His goal is to throw the bottle down when he reaches the edge of the world and get rid of it forever. However, many surprises await Xi during this journey.
