In the year 2006, a wave of modernization swept through the Kingdom of Bhutan. As the last country in the world to embrace the internet and television, the people were now faced with the monumental shift towards democracy. In an effort to educate and engage the citizens in the democratic process, a mock election was organized by the authorities. However, the response from the locals was lukewarm at best.

Venturing into the rural heartlands of Bhutan, where religion held more sway than politics, the election supervisor stumbled upon a peculiar discovery. It seemed that a revered monk was secretly planning a mysterious ceremony to coincide with the upcoming election day. The implications of this revelation were unclear, but one thing was certain - change was on the horizon in the Kingdom of Bhutan.
