Police helicopters circle the 20th floor of the Chicago Police Building, home to the Department of the Interior. SWAT stands in the line of fire, targeting ATC chief Danny Roman and his men. Roman is a hostage rescue specialist. His life was turned upside down by murder and embezzlement charges he couldn't prove he didn't commit. The only way he can prove himself right is to let him rest the way he knows best. So Danny takes someone hostage. He knows that in this case, the whole world will listen to him. knows; because he is also his savior. Danny needs someone to listen to him. He asks Chris Sabian, a respected hostage rescuer and fellow policeman, to mediate. Thus, Sabian begins preparations to change this situation that can get out of control at any moment.
