Through the Olive Trees 1994 Movie Action takes place in the north of Iran after the 1990 Iran earthquake. This final installment of the directorial trilogy Earthquake (Köcker's trilogy) tells the production story of the second movie And Life Goes On, which is itself based on the shooting of the first movie, Where's My Friend's House. The relationship between art and life is revealed in all its complexity, and the boundaries of fiction and reality are constantly blurred. "Under the Olive Trees" is a movie about a director trying to find an actor for another movie.
