In the small mining town of Mizur in North Ossetia, nestled among treacherous cliffs, Zaur moved his family here after a series of tragic events. Their sons and daughter are growing up without fully understanding the limits of their father's excessive protection and care. The oldest son, Akim, escapes to the nearest big city, Rostov, in search of work. The youngest, Dakko, is still unsure of what he truly wants from life, but their daughter, Ada, actively plans her escape.
