Time for Revenge... Anthony Lowe (Van Damme) is an unpopular cop in his unit. The press operation he organized ends in failure. Having extorted money from all over New Orleans, Callaghan (Stephen Rea) not only escaped, but both cops were brutally murdered. Lowe vows to take revenge. They also have a past account on Callaghan. Lowe battles the mob to save his troubled marriage. His wife Valerie (Selina Giles) is pregnant. But the boy is from someone else. The mafia knows no mercy. The streets of New Orleans will be bloodbathed like never before.
