While seeking inspiration on a jogging trail, an author unexpectedly crosses paths with a backpacker. However, their peaceful excursion takes a dark turn when they discover a malevolent presence lurking among the trees. Soon enough, a father and son duo emerge from the shadows, their sinister intentions becoming clear as they start to stalk the author and the backpacker, sending shivers down their spines. The once serene trail transforms into a battleground of wits and survival, as the four individuals become entangled in a chilling game of cat and mouse.
