A group of friends decide to go snowmobiling during winter vacation. However, in an environment affected by winter conditions, they make a wrong turn under the influence of the storm and get lost in the storm. And while looking for a place to hide, they stumble upon an abandoned sanatorium. For now, they are happy to find this place because they can be protected from natural conditions and storms. But the sanatorium has a complicated history, some of the former patients are still there and not very happy with the intruders! College teenagers must fight all night to survive in a deadly game of cat and mouse. In this place where they are trapped due to natural conditions, they can only do with their own ideas to protect themselves from the manifestation of power.
