In an American city, there are great problems due to the decrease in the number of police officers in the police force. The President requests new police officers to be appointed, and an announcement is made in the city. Now anyone who applies, regardless of body size, height or education level, can become a police officer. This announcement primarily caught the attention of people who were criminals, who were somehow unable to hold their own or have no job. The newly created amateur police team includes people, each with their own funny personalities. This situation brings with it all kinds of clumsiness and causes funny scenes full of funny misunderstandings.
